AUCTION LOCATION: 611 Orchard St, Hillsboro, KS SELLER: The Building Center AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: The Building Center would thank all of its customers over the years and appreciates all of their support. We will be liquidating all of the merchandise, lumber and equipment at both locations. There will be 2 nice forklifts and a lot of inventory, be sure to join us for both days on Friday and Saturday. TERMS: Cash, approved check, or credit card with 4% processing fee. Sales Tax will be charged. All statements made day of auction take precedence over advertisements. Owners and auction company not responsible for accidents or theft. Nothing removed until settlement has been made. Forklifts sold with the right to use for loading on auction day.
